Giuseppe’s was a blast!
November 5th, 2007 ...by JohnWe had a fantastic dinner at Giuseppe’s! We had 7 SSRs and 13 people attend, including a few new faces. Dan and Priscilla (NFORSSR) joined us from Canon City; Bob and Amra (RatherEatWorms) from Colorado Springs and Tom came over from the Air Force Academy. Also in attendance were Tom and Eve; Bob and Shirley; Jim and Nancy and of course John and Lori (yours truly.)
Giuseppe’s; located in an historic old train depot, had a wide variety of menu items from pizza and calzones to gigantic meatball sandwiches and ruben sandwiches – no one went away hungry. If you find yourself in Colorado Springs and you’re looking for a great place to eat, Giuseppe’s is highly recommended.
We look forward to the next SSR get together – probably after the holidays, weather permitting.
